• To return new and unopened products, along with proof of purchase, within 365 days for a full refund.

• To return open products, along with proof of purchase, within 180 days for a full refund.

• Bring the product to a covered porch, garage, or doorstep for pick-up service (availability varies by market).

• Plants, cut fabric, custom countertops, and as-is products cannot be returned.

• Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used.

• Damaged items may be exchanged by visiting an IKEA store or contacting customer support.

• Mattress purchases can be exchanged once within 90 days, with only the net purchase price refunded.

• Returns are not accepted at IKEA Planning Studio or IKEA Pick Up Point locations.
