• The item(s) must be in their original, undamaged condition.

• If the item(s) were delivered disassembled, they must be returned disassembled.

• The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.

• If the original packaging is too damaged, use a similar box or one no longer than 108 inches.

• Certain items cannot be returned, including open box items, clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, bundled items at discounted rates, items marked 'Non-Returnable,' live plants, and swatches.

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds may take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks.

• Mattresses come with a 100-night free trial and can be returned within the first 100 nights.

• Large appliances can be returned within 30 days of delivery if not installed and returned in the original packaging.

• The deadline to return items purchased between November 1 and December 31 is extended until January 31.
