To make a return, you have three options:
1. Show a mobile QR code: Go to the Returns Form or your Order History, choose Return by QR Code, and go to a nearby FedEx location to show your QR code.
2. Print your label: Go to the Returns Form or your Order History to download and print your prepaid label and return slip. Pack your return, including the return slip, and drop it off at a nearby FedEx location.
3. Visit a store: Take your return and store receipt or order number to your local Saks Fifth Avenue store. If eligible, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
